Doric Eco Boutique Resort & Spa is a 5-star hotel set in the countryside of Agrigento, looking out over the Temple of Juno and the UNESCO-listed Valley of the Temples, with the sea on the horizon. The resort offers 25 units, from Superior rooms to Junior Suites and Villa Suites, many with a private pool (some heated) or a hot tub on the veranda: bright spaces, natural materials and handcrafted details that keep the landscape at the centre of the stay.
The main infinity pool faces the temples and features a swim-up bar. Doric Wellness & SPA includes a Finnish sauna with Himalayan salt, Turkish bath, sensory showers, a cold room, whirlpool and massages, while the panoramic gym is open around the clock. At Ambrosia restaurant, Sicilian cooking is given a modern twist using local produce and ingredients from the estate's own garden, home to almond, pistachio and olive trees and a small vineyard.
The resort follows an eco-friendly approach, with solar power and natural water purification. The entrance to the Valley of the Temples is about 1.5 km away, Agrigento's old town and San Leone beach are a few kilometres away, and the Scala dei Turchi cliff is around 15 km away.
