Case Verdi

Case Verdi is a complex of 17 self-contained apartments in the heart of Bardonecchia, Italy's westernmost town, right on the French border. Built in 2022 with a focus on sustainability, it pairs warm Alpine-style wood with a modern, refined interior.

The setting is central yet quiet: Via Medail, the main shopping street lined with shops and boutiques, is about 50 metres away, as is the railway station, which is also served by international high-speed trains. The Campo Smith slopes are roughly 1 km away and easy to reach on the free ski shuttle, whose stop is just 20 metres from the entrance.

The bright, spacious apartments sleep from 4 to 8 guests and come with a fully equipped kitchen featuring an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, espresso machine and toaster, plus a washing machine, TV, Wi-Fi, independent heating and a private bathroom; many have balconies or a lower-level room with extra beds. Bed and bath linen and final cleaning are included, and there is a dedicated bike room.

In winter Bardonecchia offers around 100 km of slopes along with cross-country skiing, mountaineering and snowshoeing; in summer it is ideal for hiking, mountain biking, horse riding, fishing, climbing and golf. On request the team can arrange bike and e-bike rental, discounted ski passes, ski lessons, babysitting, a personal trainer and dinners at mountain huts. UNESCO-listed Briançon is about 30 km away.
