My Arbor - Dolomites

My Arbor is an adults-only 5-star wellness hotel built like a treehouse on the slopes of the Plose mountain, in Sant'Andrea above Brixen/Bressanone, South Tyrol. The building seems to float among spruce and larch trees and faces south over the Isarco Valley and the Dolomites: a retreat for anyone seeking silence, nature and time for themselves.

The suites (Nest, Hangout and Treetop, from 38 to 100 m²) feature reclaimed larch and spruce wood, extra-long boxspring beds, a view corner with large windows and a south-facing balcony or terrace; the Treetop suite also has an outdoor hot tub and a private sauna.

The heart of the hotel is the SPA Arboris, about 2,500 m², with five saunas, an indoor pool and an outdoor infinity pool, a panoramic whirlpool, a cold plunge pool, relaxation areas, a gym and beauty treatments. The kitchen focuses on South Tyrolean produce, with a breakfast buffet, a light lunch menu and gourmet dinners on half board.

Yoga, forest bathing and guided hikes are offered every week, and the concierge arranges skiing, e-bike tours and tailor-made activities. The Plose cable car is a short walk away and Brixen town centre is about 10 km. Dogs are welcome in selected suites on prior request.
